Strawberry Coconut Smoothies!

I absolutely love anything with coconut! I make these strawberry coconut smoothies for breakfast once a week or so. They are so tasty and easy to make! Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk (Trader Joe’s makes a great one. You can also substitute for regular or almond milk)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup fat free coconut flavored Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Honey and shredded coconut (optional for garnish)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Dip the rim of a glass in honey and shredded coconut for garnish. Pour smoothie into the glass and serve!
